Your order, from checkout to delivery
For an order already placed, open the confirmation email and select View your order. This is where you can check the order details and any shipment information that has been added.
Need a hand finding the email or understanding a tracking update? Our order tracking guide explains the next step. For address changes, cancellations or missing items, email siparis@elektrosepetim.com with your order number.
Choose with the details in mind
A photograph shows the design; the specification tells you whether it will work in your space. Before adding an item to your cart, check:
- The exact model, finish, light colour and quantity selected.
- Dimensions, mounting position and space around the fitting.
- Voltage, power requirements and whether a bulb, driver or charger is included.
- The stated indoor or outdoor suitability and any protection rating.
If a detail is missing, send the product code or product-page link to bilgi@elektrosepetim.com. For fixed electrical fittings, discuss installation with a qualified electrician before ordering.
Help at checkout
Review your cart, delivery address, available shipping option and final total before confirming payment. The delivery options and payment methods offered at checkout apply to that order.
If you cannot continue, note the message shown and contact us with the product codes, quantities and destination country/postcode. A screenshot can help, but remove payment details first. If a payment appears to have gone through without an order confirmation, contact us before placing the same order again.
Change, cancel or return
Tell us as soon as possible if you need to correct or cancel an order. Include the order number and the change you need; we will check its current status. A request does not automatically stop a shipment already being prepared or handed to the carrier.
