What the warranty covers

Products are covered by the manufacturer's or importer's official warranty against manufacturing and material defects for two years (24 months). Keep the invoice and any warranty documentation supplied with the product so that the purchase and the relevant model can be identified.

The warranty concerns faults in the product. If you received the wrong item, an incomplete order or a parcel damaged in transit, tell us that clearly so that your enquiry follows the appropriate order-support process.

How to report a fault

Contact bilgi@elektrosepetim.com or use our contact page. Include:

  • Your order number and a copy or clear image of the invoice.
  • The product model or code, and a serial number if the product has one.
  • A description of the fault and when it first appeared.
  • Photographs or a short video showing the issue, where it is safe to obtain them.
  • Relevant details of the installation, power supply or use that help explain the problem.

You do not need to diagnose the fault yourself. Describe what happens in ordinary use, such as a light failing to switch on, a control not responding or an unexpected change in operation.

What happens after your enquiry

The information you provide helps identify the product and the next assessment step. A product may need to be examined by the manufacturer's technical service. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within warranty cover, the warranty provides for repair without charge or replacement.

Ask for the appropriate return or service instructions before sending the item. This is particularly useful for an international order, where the shipping route and service arrangements need to be checked. Our team can confirm the applicable service route and any shipping arrangements for your case.

Damage outside manufacturer cover

The published manufacturer/importer warranty excludes damage caused by installation contrary to the installation diagram, LED-driver damage caused by excessive mains-voltage fluctuations and physical breakage resulting from misuse.

A fault must be assessed in its circumstances. These examples should not be read as a blanket exclusion of every electrical issue or as a removal of mandatory consumer rights. Follow the instructions supplied for the particular model and keep evidence of the issue.

Installation and safe use

For fixed lighting and electrical connections, use a qualified electrician and follow the product's installation instructions. Before purchase or installation, check the stated supply voltage, fitting, dimensions and suitability for the intended location.

If a product appears unsafe or has visible damage, stop using it and seek appropriate assistance. Do not open or modify electrical components simply to demonstrate a fault for an enquiry.

Warranty, returns and your other rights

A warranty claim for a fault is different from a change-of-mind return. Our returns and exchanges page explains how to contact us about a return, and the delivery page covers help with receiving an order.

The commercial warranty operates alongside mandatory rights available under the law applicable to your purchase. Contact us with the order details if you are unsure which route fits your situation.
