Who runs the newsletter?
The K2 Electrics newsletter is operated by Elektrosepetim Elektrik Ayd. İnş. Hırdavat Tic. A.Ş.. This notice explains the information supplied through our newsletter form. It should be read with the privacy policy, which covers the wider online store.
Information provided when you subscribe
The newsletter form asks for your email address and your agreement to receive electronic communications. Your subscription status and choices are used to manage whether you should receive promotional messages.
Use an email address that belongs to you and check it for typing errors. The newsletter form does not need payment details, identity documents, a delivery address or sensitive personal information.
Purpose and consent
We use the email address to send information about our products, offers and campaigns. Consent to marketing is given through the newsletter form; it is separate from information needed to answer an enquiry or fulfil an order.
You do not need to subscribe to read our catalogue or contact customer service. Submitting an order or asking for product advice is not, by itself, a request to join every promotional mailing.
How the subscription is handled
The form is part of our Shopify-powered store. Shopify and providers used to operate the relevant communication service may process information for that activity. Information may also need to be handled to meet a legal obligation or resolve a dispute.

Changing your preference
You can stop promotional emails using the unsubscribe option in a message. You may also email bilgi@elektrosepetim.com from the subscribed address and ask to be removed from newsletter communications.
Unsubscribing from offers does not stop messages needed for an existing order, a customer-service enquiry or account security. These communications serve a different purpose. If you want to make a broader deletion request, use our data request guide.
Privacy questions and requests
You may ask about the information used for your subscription, request correction of an inaccurate email address or exercise other rights available under applicable law. Identity checks may be needed before we change or disclose someone else's information.
