Elektrosepetim Elektrik Ayd. İnş. Hırdavat Tic. A.Ş. operates K2 Electrics. This notice concerns personal data processed in connection with visiting our online store, contacting us, becoming a customer and using our account and after-sales services.

The categories relevant to you depend on your relationship with us. A visitor who only browses is not asked to provide all the information required for a purchase.

Technical information may be collected automatically through the platform, devices and cookies. Some processing is automatic; other processing involves reviewing a request or document.
Provide only the information needed for your enquiry. If additional identity verification or supporting evidence is required, our team will explain what is relevant.
The legal grounds for processing
Depending on the purpose, processing may be necessary to establish or perform a contract, fulfil a legal obligation, establish or protect a right, or pursue a legitimate interest that does not override your fundamental rights. Processing can also be required by law.
Where explicit consent is required, such as for relevant promotional communications, we rely on that consent. Providing necessary order details does not itself mean you agree to receive every type of marketing message.

Relevant information may be shared with Shopify and the service providers involved in operating the store, processing payments, delivering orders, providing professional advice or responding to a legal obligation. Data is shared to the extent needed for the relevant activity.

Your rights under Article 11
Subject to the scope of the law, you may ask whether we process your personal data and request information about it. You may also:
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether information is used for that purpose.
- Learn the recipients to whom data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
- Request deletion or destruction when the legal conditions are met.
- Request that relevant corrections or deletion actions are communicated to recipients.
- Object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis.
- Seek compensation for loss caused by unlawful processing.
These rights do not require us to erase information that must lawfully be retained. We assess each request against the applicable requirements and explain the outcome.
